12-Week strength training program (gym or home options) progressed every 4weeks, with instructional videos and tutorials in Calma Health app.

Clear calendar plan and suggestions for daily task/habits/workouts (all flexible to suit schedule).

Cardio fitness and mobility sessions designed to help you move better, feel more confident, and reduce aches and pains.

Workouts: strength 3x week, cardio fitness 2x week. All session between 30minutes to 50minutes.

Daily Mobility to help you move with ease & set foundations to last a lifetime.

Simple macro nutrition guide and 3 day sample meal plan as well as access to hundreds of recipes.

Regular support and group chat access for accountability.
