Located on the stunning BlueGreen Sanctuary in Newrybar, just outside Byron Bay, the Aligning You Retreat is a 4-day / 3-night immersive experience designed to bring you back into harmony with yourself.

This retreat is for you if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected; or you are just ready to step into a space that helps you slow down, shed the layers of mental heaviness, and reconnect with what truly matters to YOU.

BlueGreen Sanctuary has three luxurious houses onsite, with a combined total of 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for a max 18 guest capacity.

The Villa is the hub of the retreat experience. A gathering and meeting place where shared meals created by our chef operating from the commercial kitchen take place. The Villa is the largest house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. It has two master ensuite bedrooms, three ground floor bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.

HOUSE

Entering the property across a timber bridge, the House is the first visible residence. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. The master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs, and the living room, deck and second bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.

H1 Suite

The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed, balcony and soaring ceilings. The ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower and spa bath is heaven.

H2 Suite

Situated on the ground floor with raked ceilings. This light-filled bedroom downstairs is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom which has an extra-large terrazzo handmade bath perfect for an indulgent soak.

LOFT

The Loft is nestled high up on the property and bordered by neighbouring coffee plantations with views of our orchard, paddocks and forest. It has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom and sleeps up to 4 guests. A beautiful home in its own right, it is located a short walk from the Villa on the Western side of the grounds..

L1 Suite

KING SIZED BED or OPTION 2 KING SIZED SINGLES

The main bedroom is light filled with a high raked ceiling. Tall bi-folds open the room out onto the expansive vistas of the property. The ensuite bathroom has a freestanding terrazzo bath from Bali with matching vanity basins, and internal shower and an outdoor courtyard and shower. The Loft also has an outdoor bath for a truly breathtaking and indulgent experience.

L2 Suite

KING SIZED BED or OPTION 2 KING SIZED SINGLES

The second bedroom in the Loft above the living area is elevated and inviting. This room shares the downstairs bathroom which is accessible through an external door to facilitate dual use with the L1 bedroom.

FAQ

  • Aligning You is all-inclusive, which includes accommodation, food, all classes, and sessions on the property. Onsite massage services are not included.

  • That depends on the type of accommodation you book, and if you are having the bedroom to yourself, or choose twin share.

    Of the 9 bedrooms on Blue Green Sanctuary – 3 bedrooms have shared bathrooms; 6 other bedrooms have their own bathrooms. If you choose twin share in these bedrooms you will have to share with the person you share the bedroom with.

  • Generally, it is beautiful subtropical weather down in Byron Bay and the surrounds, however it can get cool in the mornings and at sunset. 

    It is best to plan to be comfortable and account for the following:

    • Active where for yoga/fitness & movement sessions

    • Layers for cooler evenings and mornings

    • Swimwear for around the pool and ice baths/saunas

    • Sneakers for walks, slip on shoes around the property

    • Smart casual / resort wear for meals at the Villa

  • Yes, all accommodation types have access to washing facilities.

  • Yes, Wi-Fi is available in your room and throughout the property.

  • Yes, onsite parking is close to your accommodation.

  • Arrive at the arrival time given out on your itinerary. Access to the property earlier than allocated will not be permitted.

  • Yes, our amazing Chef is ready, willing, and able to accommodate your specific needs with wholesome, tasty options. A request notice for specific needs will be sent out prior to your retreat start date to inform the chef before your arrival.

  • Yes, retreaters are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy a glass with dinner over the 4 nights. There is space in the Villa main kitchen to store your bottles and plenty of glasses are available for use.
